Telkom--The most *********** staff

The customer service from Telkom is non existant. I have never experienced such incompetence from the telkom staff. I have been trying to order my Fibre line for 3 weeks. I have called the customer services but to no avail. I have been into the Telkom store 4 times & spent nothing under an hour, most times more. I have still had no joy with Telkom
