Telkom the most dishonest non existent service provider

Good Day,

Telkom **** to my entire neighborhood saying the copper lines have been ******. They were not ******. Openserve and Telkom removed them. Telkoms Call Centre advised me and everyone in our area that Telkom is removing all Copper Land lines and replacing them with a FLLA. We all had ADSL lines and Uncapped data package with Telkom Internet. We now will have no uncapped and will only get 10GB data and after it is finished we need to buy more data that is VERY VERY expensive!

How can Telkom do this to an entire neighborhood and force everyone to use the Fixed Line Lookalike. TElkom will cancel all of our ADSL lines with no penalties. How can Telkom remove all copper cables knowing that we have NO LTE coverage. We fall just outside of LTE coverage. I want the same service I had which is uncapped like I used to have with Telkom.

Telkom has done this on purpose as they want you to pay more for their shoddy service. This is not fair especially that they did this to a whole neighborhood! We have no Fibre and will not have for years!!!!!! We have no LTE coverage and now because of TELKOM we have no ADSL.

We require a booster to be put up in our area as this was not a theft! Why must Telkom be so shady with their dealings with their customers and lie and change their story daily! This is not fair and not right. Before removing ADSL ensure we have a feasible alternative and NOT your expensive FLLA.
