Telkom the most disgusting company

This is the worst service provider in South Africa. I would never advise anyone to do business with them. They don't have a complaints department and none of there contact numbers work. There service is disgusting. There agents cut calls on customers and there is never a manager or a team leader to speak to. They send emails to customers using whatsapp laugage. I have been calling them since 10 this morning for a simple document telling me what package I am on and to confirm my speed on my fiber and as per there agents they don't send documents. This is a service I am paying for and I am not entitled to know what I'm paying for. This is a almost nightmare to deal with them.
