Telkom the ****mer

Hi. I have been trying to contact Telkom to cancel my contract and their cancelling option does not take me through. It has been a week now meaning that they are delaying my cancellation so that they can debit again on the 25th which is what I am avoiding. Telkom cancel my contract with you. I don't need it anymore.
