Telkom the mafia

Telkom via telephone sell a modume with 10 gigs a month at a price of R99 .via telephone .they don't explain all the small t&c .you get your first bill it's 300 you go and querry at the store the salesman say they bill you for things not mentioned .also if you didn't leave money in the account on specific date Telkom then adds there own interest even though you pay later they add percentage to next debit order these terms were not mentioned over the phone .you try and cancell the things that's making the account run high to keep it low just to find instead of paying R99 you now paying close to a thousand .you try and cancell at Telkom stores they say seeing it was done via telephone they can't cancell the deal .you try via Telkom on Google you can't you then sit with a bill of two thousand just running high .I have never seen such a **** on telephone by the Telkom staff .I refused to pay becos it was to me ******* till today I can't cancell it in a store neither email even if you complain they just keep billing you and it's in thousand when you signed up for R99 .I hope the obudsman can deal with Telkom they have this bad reputation of making deals and ******** people
