Telkom the life long commitment

My partner signed up with Telkom start of the year, We moved out of our apartment in June of this year. We have tried various times to cancel Telkom online and with a person on the phone and we had no luck. We decided to finally go to a store after months of paying for internet at an empty apartment.

We get there and the lady said she can cancel our account no problem, so she tries and tries after waiting at the store for a while, she says she cannot cancel our account but sent a request for it to be cancelled in the next 30 days. So we said okay, my partner then gets a sms stating that the request for cancelling his account is cancelled.

so now we have to keep paying for an empty apartment and no boy wants to help us. We have called out on twitter, facebook and instagram. A rep even messaged me and asked what help i needed the minute i explained the story he never spoke to me again.
