Telkom the ITC *********

Unfortunately there is not an option for minus stars because the service received from Telkom is a crime and an absolute disgrace.

CASE NUMBER: ********** 5 matter resolved, yeah right?????

Telkom firstly freely lists clients on ITC as they please without following any due process which and or any communication to clients. Secondly for services not even rendered to client and than when you make them aware of the error in the process and request for the matter to be rectified you are faced with a call center which has 0 authority to assist the client on the other end??? Constantly faced with "I have sent an email to credit team" for the past 15days I have spoken to:

I have to date not yet received the letter from Telkom or any feedback. I now have zero options and am currently being kept ransom by Telkom as I cannot proceed with any applications as Telkom has listed me.
