Telkom the idiots

If I could give you a zero I would. I called Telkom on the 03/04/18 to order a landline installation at my mother's house so that we could get mweb to install internet. We were told that there was an initial fee of 160 rands for the first month with the 199 to make the line adsl ready because I told the agent we want ADSL with mweb. He said everything was good to go. So on the 05/04/18 I called and spoke to Siphindile who said the engineer will be going to my mum's place today 06/04/18 and confirmed the order. I was happy. Today I get a call from the engineer who visited my mother to confirm the order that I placed and says that I ordered internet and things with telkom. He said that telkom was planning to charge me for everything yet this isn't what I ordered. So now he says that he is cancelling the order and left my mum's place. No way to call telkom cos the voice e says systems are down. Please help my mom needs the telephone service installed.
