Telkom the Horrible

Yet another nauseating customer experience from Telkom.What a horrible nightmare, should have taken heed of warnings to stay away from "Hellkom" now my job is on the line and I could not get a home loan because my previous Telkom account ( ********** 32444) is reflecting as 90 days overdue with an outstanding balance when in actual fact this was paid up and closed. Been trying get a paid up letter since 16 April 2018, even got a refund on 18 April 2018 but the paid up letter is not forth coming. If my issue is not resolved within the next 72 hours I am terminating my Telkom mobile contract and will share my story with anyone who cares to listen.
