TELKOM the horrible
<p>3 Times in a row they just pospone installation of my landline and internet. Every time I had to take of from work, and everytime I phoned them and they "escalated" my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am under the impression they just "escalate" a complaint to get rid of you.</p> <p>Horrible service TELKOM. I beleive if you had any competition in South Africa you would be non existant within a year.</p>

I appreciate your responce but it still does not help me with a instalation of my landline and internet at home. How many times do I have to take of from work untill your technitians eventually deside to do the instalation?
Some people work for a living and can not just stay at home for TELKOM to MAYBE pitch up today to do the instalation.
