Telkom the Hellkom!

I am writing a second review about Telkom.I experiencing hell with Hellkom/Telkom. My contract with them has expired they have suspended my account and are still billing me for data that I am not receiving. When I called them about this issue they said Telkom is still supplying the data as per normal even when the account is suspended. When I asked them about who receives the data when the account is suspended and the contract has ended they could not come up with a clear answer. I feel that Telkom is an ************ business from hell
