Telkom the hell

I had to give one star in order to be able to use this platform. I have had an issue with my WIFI for more than a week, with no idea if anything is getting fixed. Telkom doesnt help but just escalates my issue which is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! They came and made the problem worse, now the wifi doesnt pick up at all. ticket *** / ***4. PLEASE FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!
