TELKOM THE GROVE MALL IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I app**** for a fibre line and after 1month, the store has no details of my application after receiving an email and a phone call to say that my line has been approved. They dont even know where my application form is at store level, but telkom emails me to say welcome ? TELKOM THE GROVE MALL!
