Telkom the Grove Mall is pathetic.

Telkom at the Grove Mall is utterly useless - their staff have no interest in working or assisting customers and prefer to sit on their phones than actually do their job. I went to the shop today for an upgrade, I'm greeted at the door and asked what my query is. I explain I'm there for an upgrade. There are three viable staff and one client in the shop. I'm told to wait, so I wait 10 minutes for the client to be assisted. When I approach the counter after the previous client has left, I'm told someone will assist me shortly - and then asked by the lady who greeted me at the door if I have all the relevant supporting documentation (proof of address etc). Surely this is the first thing you ask when a client says they're coming for an upgrade? Why waste all the clients time, when she could have mentioned it right at the start. The apathy in the shop is overwhelming. The staff need some serious help and training.
