Telkom The Grove Mall

I was at Telkom the Grove mall yesterday and I had such an awful experience. I waited for an hour for someone to help me (5 counters at one stage only 1 person was working). When it was finally my turn I was helped by the most unpleasant and rude person. Her mask was basically off her nose and mouth and she yawned at least 7 times with her mouth open. She didn’t communicate anything with me and eventually just said activated and let me leave without explaining anything when I asked her a question she just said mmmmm...I honestly don’t even know if she helped me with the right thing and if it worked....VERY DISAPPOINTED!
