Telkom The Glen - unfavourable service received

<p>I was promised a Huawei P9 Lite as it was on special in Dec'16 .I have been to this store several times and yet I received no Joy , I was just promised a call back when stock was available I left my details and yet no sales person called , I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the service received .I left the store in tears , as I have been there so manay times for this specific phone that i was interestedin , reason being it was affordable .The sales person Karabo tells me on the 27.01.2017 that dont worry ill get the phone for R199 and yet when I got to a consulatant he tells me otherwise .I am a first time customer at telkom and to recieve such horid service , i will never recommend them to others out there .</p> <p>They showed no interest whats so ever ...NOT EVEN COMPENSATION FOR MY TROUBLED ....This kind of services should be not acceptable by a paying customer .</p> <p> </p>
