Telkom The Glen Staff is very incompetitive!!!

Telkom The Glen Staff is very incompetitive!!! I visited the store to port my number from MTN to Telkom two consecutive weeks 8 February 2023 and 20 February 2023 to do a follow up on why number hasn't been posted /porting sms send, after I have been promised that I must wait for 72hrs, but now it's 3 weeks and number still hasn't been ported, it seems as though Telkom doesn't need our support.

Going to that shop and being ignored while 2 to 3 of their staff members are standing and talking and not asking how may I help you.
