Telkom the glen

This is one of the worst places to go to as the staff is rude and not willing to assist only seem as if they all only want customers that are buying items. As I went to the store to port my number and to find out that it's registered to someone else asked them if they could change the details they said I should call telkom customer care and customer care said that there is a procedure to follow, when I was trying to ask Zeka Zuko to call the person the number it's registered to he said that we need to report as ***** and we were doing it when we called him to speak on the phone he was helping another customer instead of finishing up with me and then I started to get irritated and started shouting, after that he tells me that he is busy with other customers I must wait, then when he takes the call from customer care they both tell me that they can't help me. This is not my fault telkom made a mess up on their system. While talking to him he ignored us like we talking to the wall and yes we were rude to him cause he was ignoring us while we were talking to him.
