Telkom the Future of Convergence, REALLY?

It's simple. If Telkom cannot even fix my issue where I cannot view my Landline bill or Mobile free minutes ONLINE, then I don't see how they can take SA into the future with all their fancy deals they have to offer. Waiting for telephonic support for more than 20 minutes and then being transferred from one agent to another and still not have the issue resolve, is not my idea of good service. So, before I decide to take any of their Home convergence deals, I want to see an improvement in their telephonic or online support. An improvement in their online portal will also help a lot. Anyway, now back to 10210 to try and get someone to understand and resolve my issue.
