Telkom the *********!!!

I requested the lockdown deal for R199.99 then I was debited R1200 which is not what I request or wanted. Getting this fixed has been a mission getting send to pile to post for something i didnt do. This a fault at Telkom and not mine. I just got a statement for R1600.00 Why is telkom doing this? I want to cancel this deal I am no longer interested in any thing Telkom has to offer. Telkom de*****s people and think its okay. The staff members are so rude and are not helpful at all. I have been trying to resolve this for a month with no success or outcome.
