Telkom - the flawed tale of Robin Hood

I have cancelled my DSL, I have cancelled my phone line and still, these ************ are sending me bills. I have gone into their stores to cancel it. I phoned in to cancel it. How can Telkom be that useless at this rate 12 months later this will still not be resolved.

Please, can someone assist me as to where I can blacklist Telkom? Hand them over to the ombudsman and make them regret their constant mistakes that feels like it is on purpose?

State anything is a mess in this country.
