Telkom, the FIFA of SA

Telkom has continued to debit my bank account for a handset after the contract has expired. Hours of negotiating over the telephone has left me no better off. The last woman I spoke to for 2 hours has still to email me a reference number. I cancelled the contract shortly after it expired and I am still charged monthly call rates. I might add that this phone was ****** 12 months into the contract and I have NO benefit from either the handset nor the call time. To date Telkom owes me nearly R3000.
