<p>I have arranged for a debit with Telkom of a monthly contract fee of R743, what Telkom does is that they give you extra bundles without your permission and airtime of which they add on to my account come the debit month end I had to pay R1023 for services that I did not ask for then they said that they are going to refund me my money and set up a new statement on the statement I still don't understand where an amount of R923 or so comes from cause my normal contract is R743 and the only bundle I up dated was for R39,00 isn't what they are doing ******* cause they give people airtime and bundles without their consent and to furthermore debit from people's account amounts that were not contractually agreed upon!! </p>
I did call your customer care 180 number it turns out that the extra amount which makes my bill 900 is for the airtime my question is who authorized for the airtime if I did can I have proof of that in writing or in a recording because the initial contract that I unfortunately signed with Telkom was a debit order for R743
