Telkom the Famous *******
I cancelled my Wi-Fi and tablet as I was due for an upgrade for both last year. I went in store in February and they turned me away saying they don't do it in store. I then filled in a cancellation form and sent it to the email address they supp**** me with. Since then I have made numerous calls and no one can help me. I was told they received the cancellation form and it will take 21 working days. THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. TELKOM ARE THE BIGGEST *******!!!

22 Jun 2018, 16:57This complaint was done on 01/05/2018. I got a private reply a couple of weeks later to which I rep****!!! With all the details requested by Tumelo. Please cancel these as soon as possible! I cannot afford all these random amounts being taken off my account every month!!! I'm highly upset about this as I have tried to cancel since Feb!!

25 Oct 2018, 11:31This is ridiculous now!!!!!!! It is OCTOBER and i STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING!!!! Yet you are still debiting my account every month!!! I want this sorted AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! I will never take out a contract with Telkom again. Never have i been so disappointed!! This has been going for almost a YEAR!!!! How *********** are you??? This is why so many people are unhappy!
