Telkom the experience I have with them

Telkom is unbelievable when I phone them to ask about why my uncap WiFi keep going of at night they tell me because they have some problems or there are fixing it was going on for 2yesrs plus .phone them again they told me it's my modem got another one and we had the same problem they ended up telling me they don't know what's the problem. They eventually sent a guy name Lawrence ntaka and Chris these 2 guys where very helpful and mange to find the fault and was not the modem. To top things of telkom DO NOT HAVE A MANGER ON SITE this is totally bull **** because they also charging me for service that I don't get that's why our country is going down hill because we get people who don't know what they doing Chris and Lawrence ntaka should be a manger as they know what is the problem and took them 2 min to fix it
