Telkom, the Eskom of cellular networks

Cancelled my contract with them on the 17th of April 2023 and they are still deducting the funds, it is next to impossible to get a hold of customer care and the consultants you chat to on their site aren't very helpful. I have been with them for quite some time, enduring the hassle, (because I know MTN and Vodacom aren't any better). I have screenshots of a conversation I had with one of their consultants in which he confirmed that he would be able to assist me with the cancellation and that the cancellation is complete, just to be told later on that they did not cancel my contract because the right procedure was not followed.
