Telkom-The epitome of incompetence

Terrible experience with Telkom. The rating scale needs to start from zero for Telkom. Telkom changed my plan to a more expensive one without my consent. I lodged a dispute to get my account credited and then settled the balance I really owed. Now I am struggling to get Telkom to provide a "paid up" letter to ensure that the matter is closed permanently. Telkom is the epitome of incompetence.
