Telkom the disease of internet providers

Telkom Has got to be the most *********** service provider I have ever encountered, having moved in the middle of July we sent a request 2 weeks before to have our adsl line moved and were told the request would be put through come moving day we get told there is system issues but we were reassured that our request would be fulfilled within a week. 3 days later we get pushed from one department onto the next with no results. There after we get told that somebody thought it prudent to cancel our request and so we go to the offices in Pretoria and finally somebody tries to help us. A week goes by and absolutely nothing comes of it, about a week after this we get another service provider whom might I add processes and installs our request within 1 week. The kicker is a technician on behalf of telkom rocks up at my gate a day before the new service provider is to install. Now we receive an invoice to the amount of R2000 that we apparently have to pay despite the fact that we have been following all instructions to cancel with no flipping luck for the past month and a half. Honestly telkom your company is disgusting beyond belief and I won't be surprised if you are losing business at a rapid rate.
