Telkom The Disaster Network

Worst service provider ever... I signed up for a 10Gb wifi ****le in 2017. Followed all the instructions to set it up and all was good, till I wanted to use the device. There network coverage was very very bad, even after telkom confirmed there's good perfect coverage around my area. Technicians were sent to my house to check what the problem was, they also confirmed that on their side it shows perfect coverage but the device still refused to work.

I logged query in April 2018 and to this date, nothing has been done by telkom. Every time I call to do a follow up, the useless consultants tell me they will escelate the case, besides that there is nothing they can do.

Telkom doesn't care about their customers.
