**********ly Added a profile to my credit profile. I have a prepaid account with them but somehow I woke up on New Year's day to find a new Telkom profile added on my profile, no one ever contacted me. I have no account with these people and furthermore they even tried to debit my account.

The worst thing you can do is ever give these scoundrels any of your personal information, they don't have security of any kind. REMOVE THAT PROFILE IMMEDIATELY.
