Telkom the daylight ******s

My mom has a 2mbps ADSL internet contract with Telkom. Eversince it was connected. Speeds was never up to date. Speed is only at 0.027mbps. Even after a couple of their technicians come to fix the problem. The problem was never fixed. Telkom is a bunch of ****** that have no shame for taking people’s money for the worst customer service ever. Even the smaller IPS are giving a far more better service. Telkom should stop advertising false statements as being the biggest and best telecommunications company in South Africa. They may be the biggest. But they are the worst ever. People can’t even get drop them as a service provider because of contracts. Telkom should be ashamed
