Telkom the crucks

I took a wifi contract with telkom, it was supposed to be R270 per month. The first month they deducted R900 and I though there was a mistake and they will sort it out, this continued for like 5 months, so I went to the branch, they sad they will sort it out. The following month they deducted R1800, we reversed the transaction because now it becoming ridiculous. This happened for like 3 months I decided to call them, they were very rude, I was put on hold for almost an hour and they were anable to tell me what the money was for. So we decided to just pay that amount because they told us we can not cancel the contract, even if we could we will have to pay fully for the rest of the months untill September. So we paid that R1800 even though we did not get any WiFi for those 3 months, we thought everything will be fine. But we were wrong, for that month we got Wi-Fi for like 15 days and it was gone. This month July we only had the internet for only one day and the night internet is half way gone. My biggest regret taking that contrat with those crucks.
