Telkom the company that takes your money even when you don't pay.

I have been receiving most terrible speeds with Telkom I stopped paying for the account in September as I moved over to Rain...I have been ever since being billed for a line which is suspended and not being used, I tried cancelling this online prior but there is no luck even getting to the point of cancelling it. I will not pay for something I did not use this is pathetic service! Day light *******.....!!!!!!
