TELKOM , the communication network, where there is NO communication

Do not upgrade your service with Telkom!!!!!!!!!!! I've recently upgraded and only have endless problems. Firstly, for the 3 days I had internet access after the "upgrade" , there was no increase of the download speed. Then Telkom decided to suspend my account for non payment even though the account was paid up. We are now on day 4 without internet or phone access. I've spoken to several people, been on my phone for hours (using hundreds of rands worth airtime), contacted their complaints department, media teams on Facebook and Twitter (who can't even be bothered to reply) and still no internet. If this is going to affect my perfect credit score, I will sue Telkom!!!!!!!!! I'm like so many other people are FED UP with Telkom. The only communication network in the world where there are NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
