Telkom the classic monopoly

<p>We are honours and masters students living in a four man digs at Stellenbosch university. We app**** for Telkom to install a telephone line for our Wifi ADSL on the 16th of February. They promised it will be done within 1-3 weeks. It's now the 28th of March. After going into the branch several times whilst politely asking the tellers if they could please shed some light on what's happening the same blank stares and incompetence were evident. How long does it take to install a line seriously? </p>
