Telkom: The bullying continues unabated

Subject: Telkom bullying continues unabated

For nine months I have been paying telkom as per our agreement, but telkom has not been offering me a service as per the same contract/ agreement. When I tried to cancel I was hit with exorbitant penalties that I ended up migrating down. The problem is still continuing and all what I am told by telkom staff is that I must continue to report my problem every month because that's the only thing they can help me with. All I'm asking for is for telkom to release me from this contract because they have failed for 9 months to resolve my problem let alone give me a diagnosis.
