Telkom the bully and *****ster

The district manager is a bully who refuses to assist me since November and i have been paying for a cellphone i don’t have because Telkom Thavhani Mall sold me a faulty device and the district manager Martin refuses to sign a memo of cancellation even after i have contacted all spheres of Telkom, he doesn’t respect customers at all.
