Telkom the biggest ******* and will be sued

I have purchased 2 mobile LTE units for my 2 different shops that was launched in 2019 August. From the start Telkom has charged me for these units R459 per unit per month. Nothing worked from the start, I have logged these issues time and again with telkom technical team but nothing was ever resolved, but Telkom still charged me. After 5 days of utter frustration I returned the units to Telkom, to the branch at Mall at Redds and Rebecca received the units complete and assured me that it will be cancelled. I have asked Telkom to reimburse me the money they took from me, but nothing has been done. Also I have called them numerous times to have this issue sorted and the contracts cancelled but everytime I cancel the debit order they reinitiate the order and keep taking money from me.

Telkom without shame took R5521.99 up until now for nothing. I have no units nor service but they ***** my money. Since August 2019 I suffered with these ****s and now I’m getting my laywer involved
