telkom - the big conundrum

I get so irritated trying to go into telkom direct stores, especially Cape Gate, so tried 10213. Oh my, another failure. Holding on an on and on. And then someone pick up and drop the line. ***.

Really telkom, you could've had more money in your pocket from my business already if you can just employ more people to answer phones.
