TELKOM — THE BEST OF THE WORST.

Telkom’s service is the WORST in the business. I’ve waisted HOURS on the phone with them, to no avail. They reschedule appointments at my home without notice and then they don’t even show up for the new appointment. They’re unwilling to help and utterly pathetic. The one consultant I spoke to was nice enough to try and call the technician, and find out why they are no-shows but the technician simply stated that it’s none of het business and proceeded to hang up in her ear. I’ve waisted hours at home waiting for them, and who will compensate me for my lost time? I won’t be able to get those hours back from work! 2 university students in my home can’t access their study materials and they’re writing tests this week and the next. One of the tests was already today! Absolutely shocking...
