Telkom - The Bad, The Ugly, The ***********

I am not even sure whether it is worth the time to complain about this organisation. Their broken communications, non integrated customer engagement is just shocking. I have never seen a more useless website with as equally useless call center. This organisation needs to rethink its strategy and focus. I have been trying to do an upgrade on my contract and they have not even bothered to push me from pillar to post, they just ignored my request and instead I am getting calls from their agents on selling me other stuff, but nobody is dealing with my request. It is disheartening to deal with such an organisation, running on incompetence and 0 customer care....
