Telkom - The absolute WORST!!!!

On the 14th February our internet went off... A MONTH later still nothing! Countless calls (always being escalated) It came on for a whole 3 hours today then off again! What the hell is wrong with Telkom that they have the most pathetic service imaginable and no one is held accountable!!! This is a "service" we are PAYING for and yet nothing is done!! What happened to "customer service" We are trying to run a business! How is it possible without internet??? I would very much like someone to get in contact with us to rectify this disgusting situation.
