Telkom - the absolute pits

We have been out of internet service as well as the telephone line does not work at all. We have stood in countless telkom lines with no indication on how or when the matter will be resolved and we are going onto the third week. If you value your sanity don't ever subscribe to anything that is linked with Telkom. They take forever to answer calls and aren't very helpful. We regret signing and upgrading the speed band during lockdown because I'm paying for a service Im not even receiving.
