Telkom thavhani mall has the worst customer service ever

I bought a new phone from telkom at thavhani mall after a couple weeks later it started giving me problems so i decided to take it back to the store, and was helped by a lady named lebo Ledwaba,this lady didnt even want to listen to what i had to say she just shouted and insulted me iam fuming right now all i wanted was to get my phone fixed or changed, i do not wish to go to that store ever again and this has put me off switching telkom.
