Telkom that lies and *****s money

Telkom refused to cancel my contract. emails sent and confirmations recieved. bill increases still.

Spoke to telkom consultant at my cost (telkom lies as they always say they have contacted me)

Due to me using another service provider.

Telkom owes me R730.00

Please can there legal team get in contact with me as i am taking this to the ombudsman and futher.
