Telkom that can't answer they phones past 2weeks now!

To whom it may concern,

I recently took out a contract at cresta branch in this beginning of the year the last 2 months they deducted R500 more on my monthly bill due to calls which from the beginning i said to the person who assisted to make it a top up so that the amount would stay which was agreed to.

Numerous times i have been trying to contact your clearwater branch and cresta with no luck on answering for last 2 weeks!! I'm canceling my debit order and consulting my lawyers on this issue with you guys i don't have time to go to the malls due to my work hours therefore i have tried to contact but no luck at all!!I think this is pathetic service.
