Telkom, thanks for no service!

There's a bad scratchy noise on our telephone. The internet is sometimes available and other times not at all. We're paying for a service that is constantly faulty or non-existent. Also, the fault (407CWK040216; 665CWK170216) has been reported several times (22.01.2016; 28.01.2016; 04.02.2016), always the same fault. Each time it is logged as a new fault instead of being re-opened and escalated. Then we have to wait for another 7-14 work day waiting period. We've emailed Customer Care (10.02.2016) and no response has been received. Called today again, no joy. The line is especially poor when it rains and is windy. There seems to be no resolution in the future if this is how a fault is being handled.
