Telkom "Test Debit"

When I signed my contract with Telkom****h of May), I was told there will be a debit transaction to test if my account is active (I think this was stupid because I provided bank statements, payslips, etc), and I was promised 7-10 working days that I'll get the money back. When I called Telkom, they said 3 months because Telkom has a 3 month rule. Unhappily I accepted. When I called after 3 months, I was told Telkom should have refunded me on the 3rd of June. So I sent through my bank statements and they said they will follow up. Phoned a week after because I had no response, same story and again had to send through bank statement and wait. Still no response after a week. Called again, and it was same story and "has been escalated". Now today I got a different story, saying it will be refunded end of the contract. What BS is this!!!
