Telkom terror.

Worst experience with telkom. I have been trying to upgrade our internet speed now for 3 days. Each consultant has a different story and the email said to be used for home sales doesn’t work. The rudest consultant today just said he doesn’t have a answer for me and said he cannot direct me to anyone and wifi is not a essential service. Telkom how are we suppose to work or study from home with this kind of service ?
