TELKOM TERRIBLY ***********.

After 3days of begging Telkom , numerous calls was made as i had no internet or wifi, I kept on calling and reported the fault JUST to hear that my BUSINESS ACCOUNT was CANCELLED ! Telkom could not explain HOW THIS HAPPENED, now i have to wait 5 to 14 days for a NEW INSTALLATION! Ive come across some pretty lousy companies in my lifetime BUT THIS NEGLIGENCE from a company as big as TELKOM i truly did not expect ! Im losing business as Im totally lost wirhout internet and landlines at the office !!
